Welcome to The Nail Spa! We are committed to providing you with high-quality service in a safe and relaxing environment. Please read our salon policies below before booking your appointment. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Appointments & Cancellations

Please arrive early to allow time for check-in and ensure your full treatment time.

● A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may need to be rescheduled.

Refund Policy

We operate a no refund policy on all services and gift vouchers.
If you are not happy with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon. We are happy to make adjustments free of charge at the time.

No refund or correction will be offered once you have left the premises or if you change your mind.

Service Guarantee

Gel and enhancement services are guaranteed for 7 days from the time of your appointment.
If you experience any issues (chipping, lifting, etc.), please call us to schedule a free repair within this period.

Repairs after 7 days due to breakage from external factors may incur a fee.
We do not guarantee polish on natural nails as it may not last long.

Gift Cards & Vouchers

Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
We cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
Must be presented at the time of booking or payment.

Payment

We accept cash & bank transfer
Prices are subject to change without notice but will always be confirmed before treatment begins.

Child Policy

Children are welcome only if receiving a service and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

For safety and insurance reasons, children under 8 must remain in the waiting area and be supervised.
Parents/guardians are liable for any damages caused by their children.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

If you are allergic to latex, let us know so we can use an alternative material.
We are not liable for any reactions or injuries if we were not informed beforehand.

Liability

The Nail Spa is not liable for any damage to your natural nails during or after a treatment.
Please take care of your valuables. The Nail Spa is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items, clothing, or accessories during your visit.

For Your Protection

We are committed to hygiene and cleanliness. Tools and equipment are sterilised between clients.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence, is abusive, or poses a health risk to our team or other guests.
