Welcome to The Nail Spa. By booking an appointment or using our website or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments

● Appointments can be made online via our website, in person, or by phone.

● We kindly ask all clients to arrive at least 5 minutes early to ensure your appointment starts on time.

● If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to shorten or reschedule your treatment.

● A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

● We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

● Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost.

● No-shows will be charged the full treatment price.

3. Refunds & Satisfaction

● We do not offer refunds for completed services.

● If you’re unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 3 days and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

● Refunds on products will only be given if they are faulty and returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.

4. Health & Hygiene

● We follow strict hygiene procedures and use sterilised tools for every client.

● Please inform your technician of any allergies, medical conditions or infections prior to your treatment.

● We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may pose a risk to your health or our staff.

5. Children & Guests

● For the safety and comfort of all clients, we kindly ask that children are not brought to your appointment unless they have a booking.

● Guests accompanying you may be asked to wait in our designated area.

6. Pricing & Services

● Prices are subject to change without notice. The most up-to-date prices are listed on our website.

● We reserve the right to modify or discontinue treatments at any time.

7. Gift Vouchers

● Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

● They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

● Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

8. Website & Online Content

● All content on TheNailSpa.UK is the property of The Nail Spa.

● You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our images, text or branding without permission.

9. Liability

● The Nail Spa is not liable for any damage to your natural nails during or after a treatment.

● We are also not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items on the premises.

10. Changes to Terms

● We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

● The latest version will always be available on our website.
